During our discovery call, we run through a set of questions designed to build a picture of your working activities, including your method and processes.

We can either work through systems you already have documented or we can record you doing the process and then document the system for you.

We have availability between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – however, we have some clients who prefer their work to be completed outside of these hours, and we’re happy to accommodate this.
As an Eto & Flow client, you will be assigned specific hours that are just for you. If you need to get in touch with us outside of your assigned working hours, please give us a call.
