Email templates are a simple way to stay consistent while engaging with your customers, their effectiveness and easy implementation save you time & money!
Here are 5 of my go-to templates!
Onboarding your client
The onboarding email is crucial! This is where you get the opportunity to lay out your process for the client. Use it as soon as your lead becomes a client.
Setting up a meeting
This is a good all-around email, mainly because you will find yourself using it more often than any other. It’s also super easy to repurpose and reuse, and adding a diary link at the end can is great for those high D’s.
Following up with cold leads, that haven’t responded for a while
Your goal here is to give your prospect just a little nudge. Use it if you haven’t heard from your lead in a few weeks.
Post-meeting
A simple round-up email, that makes sure everyone is accountable and on the same page. Send it as soon as your meeting has finished, so everything is fresh in your head!
Asking for a referral
Another crucially important email, ask for the referral! But always remember to make it worth their while!

Following up with cold leads, that haven’t responded for a while
Subject: Is it my breath?
I’m hoping it wasn’t my breath and it’s just because you’ve been inundated with work (I know that feeling).
Are you still looking to [benefit] or has this moved down the priority list? If it is still something that you want to move forward with, then here is a link to my diary where you can book some time and we can discuss it further.
This will be the last time I reach out, so I am hoping we can catch up soon.
Many thanks

Asking for a referral
Subject: I’d love to help
Hello [Client],
Since we’ve started working together we have built up a great relationship. We also now know much more about your business and I hope you feel the same way about our business.
With that in mind, I wanted to see if there was any way I can help refer you to our clients?
Furthermore, it would be extremely helpful if perhaps you could think of 2 people within your network that would benefit from our service.
Perhaps we can both have a think about this over the next week and catch up on XYZ date, to discuss further?
Looking forward to it already!
Many thanks
